I've been working hard on a project that brightened up some rather elegant places on the internet and the streets of London and NY during last Christmas.

I was commissioned by luxury leather goods brand Smythson of Bond Street to create a playful campaign expressing the irreverence and charm of Frank Smythson and his cast of characters over Christmas. I was asked to produce a series of illustrations to convey this delightful holiday atmosphere in all of its web communication around the world, including its flagship store in London.

There were two parts to this project; the recreation of various characters in their environments that represent each range of luxurious products and the small animations that reinforce the vital enjoyment of each of them. I made storyboards, animation flow and all elements of small animations. Combining illustration, storytelling and a holiday feeling I made them lovely, surreal and marvellously Victorian.
